The Waterslide Simulator

A Waterslide Simulator. I've seen them before; I specifically bought "Roller Coaster Tycoon 3:Soaked" expansion pack in the vain hope that my "thirst" for waterslide action could be satiated. No luck there though. Watching the pixelated characters move mechanically down my computer screen was boring enough that the experience was actually improved by spilling my boiling hot cup of tea down my front and on to my swimming shorts and flip-flops.

So, it's safe to say there's a gap (a very small gap) in the market (the market is also quite small). Why use a simulator? Why not just go down to the local swimming center and use their slide? Why not just make your own slip and slide in your garden?

Because ladies and gentlemen, this simulator is simply incredible.

The Water Slide Simulator is a recent invention from the gang at ‘Prototype This.’ By climbing inside this giant spinning blue wheel you get the full effect of a water slide without leaving your own backyard.

The water engulfed circle rotates and tilts while you enjoy an exciting fun enhancing video. Right now the slide is of course, way too big for most back gardens but with some tweaking, who knows?

‘Prototype This’ is a new series on the Discovery Channel in which a team of designers and builders create riotous inventions from wild concepts.

Not many people have enough space in their back garden for a small water slide. But what if there was a way to fit a huge one, one that could potentially never end, in your very own back garden. This my friends is the Waterslide Simulator.
